Event Description:
The Grand Island Chamber, in conjunction with Central Community College, is pleased to offer our first learning seminar for 2019.  This learning seminar will be on Team Building.  It will focus on positive ways to work as a team to help ensure the betterment of the business.  Being a “team player” doesn’t need to be a well-worn cliché. It is a valuable attribute for you and the organization to be successful. Regardless of your role, you need to be able to work well with others.
In this session we will:
  • Define what an effective team member is
  • Assess the impact of constructive communication
  • Identify communication tools and techniques to avert conflict
** This learning seminar will be a great fit for anyone working in a team setting.  Space is limited and fills quick. **
