Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in estimating building materials, preferably in a lumberyard or construction environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations.
- Experience using estimating software or tools.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine material requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for building materials, including lumber, hardware, and other supplies.
- Communicate with customers and contractors to clarify project needs and provide expert advice on material selection.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and inventory levels.
