Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, patient centric, personable, multi-tasker & organized self-starter to join our team as an administrative assistant.  You will support other team members with tasks like managing correspondence, emails & calendars, maintaining files, preparing documents, posting payments, doing bank deposits & providing general administrative support where needed.  You will do back up phone answering which can include scheduling appointments. You must have great computer skills (includes Microsoft Office), strong interpersonal & communication skills, good customer service focus and have the ability to respond professionally to requests or inquires from patients or other team members.  Experience in a medical office is a plus
